Who will be my designated Cleaner

We have housekeepers assigned to specific areas, you will be notified on your designated housekeepers at the time of booking. We also offer a chance to meet them before your cleaning contract starts. We only change your housekeeper due to situations such as staff sickness.

Are my keys kept in a secure manner

Yes, all keys are kept in a locked cabinet, keys are then signed in and then signed back in every day.

How do I make a complaint?

In this unlikely event we advise you to write an email or PM us on our Facebook page where we can then deal with your concern in a prompt and effective manner.

What are your work hours?

We always clean from 9:15 am to 3 pm unless otherwise agreed and arranged. To get in contact with us, the office hours are Mon- Fri 8:30am to 8:30 pm, Sat 9:30 am to 12:30pm.

What happens if something gets broke in my home?

We take the most utmost care in your home, however if something gets damaged we will then endeavor to repair or replace the item.

How do I pay for this service?

How to pay can be found within the payment policy and your monthly emailed invoices.
