There are thousands of cleaning services to choose from, ready and willing to do the work for you, but because there are so many companies, lone cleaners and agencies available, knowing how to choose and hire a house cleaning service can seem like an overwhelming task, but with these helpful hints and a firm understanding of what to expect, you can pick the best option for you.

1) Before you even start looking, decide which areas of the house you want cleaned. Are there rooms you don’t want cleaned? Are there any special requirements such as bed stripping and remaking, ironing, windows etc. Do you want a basic clean or more of a deep clean?
